As spokesman for the company Jens Müller told TASS, the operator is not aware of any legal proceedings that could affect the relevant assets.

“Nord Stream 2 AG is not aware of any legal proceedings that could affect the company's assets and, consequently, the project,” he said.

Thus, the operator’s representative answered the question of whether the company received legal notices from Poland.

Earlier, the Polish PGNiG said it had won a gas price case against Gazprom and was entitled to a return of about 6 billion zlotys (about $ 1.5 billion).

Polish Deputy Asset Minister Janusz Kowalski, commenting on the proceedings, said that Poland could try to seize the assets of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline if the Polish company did not receive the funds.
