Information on the dates of consideration of claims is available on the official website of the Moscow City Court.

So, on May 12, the Cheryomushinsky district court will continue to take appeals against the decision made on January 15, 2020 in the lawsuit filed by the Moscow prosecutor’s office to recover 2.3 million rubles. The supervisor estimated the damage caused by the defendants of the Russian Guard as a result of unauthorized rallies organized by them in the capital on July 27 and August 3, 2019.

Opposition representatives began appealing the decision. Earlier, the Cheryomushkinsky court has already accepted the appeals of Solovyov, Milov, Alburov and Yashin.

On May 18, the Simonovsky District Court will continue consideration of one of the claims of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow against the same persons as the organizers of last year's uncoordinated protests because of elections to the Moscow City Duma. In particular, for the rally on July 27, 2019, the department requires Navalny and his associates to compensate for losses of 4.2 million rubles incurred due to the forced strengthening of security measures.

On May 20, the same court is scheduled to consider the second lawsuit of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which deals with the security of an illegal rally on August 3, 2019. Then the Ministry of Internal Affairs spent 6.3 million rubles for these purposes. The defendants in this lawsuit are only Alburov and Sable.

Representatives of the opposition in both cases dispute the demands of the metropolitan police.

Previously, a number of lawsuits were filed against the organizers of uncoordinated rallies both by Moscow municipal enterprises and private companies. As a result of these processes, the opposition decided to collect a total of several million rubles.
