When the journalist was interrogated , his defense added a document to the file. What displeased the civil party who protested. The exchange was therefore a bit lively between the lawyers. We discover this document which contains audios  ", then points out to Me Elie Vlavonou, one of the lawyers of the prosecutor, before adding: "  We are not even equipped to listen to them.  "

He therefore asked the president for a little time to read it. The President acceded to his request and deferred the file to May 5.

Ignace Sossou spent very little time at the bar where he pleaded not guilty. From the outset, the name of CFI appeared in the debate . The French media development agency was the organizer of the workshop during which the prosecutor allegedly made the remarks relayed by the journalist.

Have you modulated the prosecutor's words?  ", Notably questioned the president. No,  " replied Ignace Sossou. The president then opposed him with the first letter from CFI which disowned its publication. And the reporter replied: "  CFI returned to this first letter.  "

The interrogation was not far behind because of the objection by the complainant's lawyers to the new evidence added to defend the journalist.
