The circular added that it was decided to close public seating areas and chapels, reduce the capacity of the malls to 30%, prevent those over the age of 60 from entering and allow restaurants to operate with a capacity of 30% maximum, while allowing four people a maximum for each table with a distance of two and a half meters A minimum between the tables. He pointed out that all workers in cleaning, security and guarding companies will be examined, with masks and gloves required for all visitors, and he urged shoppers to bring their bags.

He added that the centers and malls administration must limit the capacity of the parking lots in half, so that three people are allowed to get the car up to a maximum, while stopping the parking and washing services, installing sterilization devices and thermal detection on the entrances, and preventing the entry of those with a temperature exceeding 38 degrees Celsius.
