Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has announced that it will continue to suspend the provision of 4 services until further notice, including tramway service, customer happiness centers services, as well as maritime transport services, in addition to the vehicle driving learning service in Dubai.

The authority had announced that the tram should be halted in late March, as part of the Emirate's taking a set of precautionary measures and measures to curb the spread of the new Corona virus as a benefit 19.

The authority also decided to close all customer happiness centers and service delivery centers through service providers in the middle of last month, calling on members of the public and customers to obtain their services through smart and electronic channels.

The authority announced that it will provide its services easily through those channels, and that the number of its completed transactions through its smart applications amounted to 882 thousand and 428 transactions during the first quarter of the current year 2020, compared to the same period last year, in which the number of transactions reached 638 thousand and 709 transactions, At a rate of increase of nearly 38%.

It is noteworthy that the authority has resumed public transport services via the metro and public buses in a regular manner and at the applicable tariff, and has announced the resumption of the entitlement of public parking service fees for vehicles that were free during the national sterilization period.
