The authority clarified that the new program, which bears the name "life", is based on four main axes, the first is to enhance institutional awareness of the importance of mental and psychological health of employees, and the second, to emphasize the values of compatibility between institutional and functional goals and personal aspirations, and the third to enable the employee to balance work And social life, and finally creating the balance required of employees intellectually, physically and emotionally.
She stated that the launch of the Social and Psychological Support Program for employees of the Federal Government "Hayat" comes in cooperation with the "Life Works" Center for Mental Health, which specializes in providing consultations and support in the field of mental and moral health, stressing that all psychological consultations will be dealt with "completely confidential."
The authority stated that «all guarantees of privacy will be fulfilled, according to the cooperation agreement concluded between the Federal Authority for Governmental Human Resources and the center, as employees of the federal government can communicate and request support and psychological and moral advice through one of the approved communication channels, and use the attached digital card to obtain consultations Free rate (four free consultations per employee).
“After benefiting from the free sessions, those who wish to continue the sessions can get a 30% discount when taking advantage of the paid services, and employees can replace the digital card with a reference number that was assigned to the service when communicating with the center,” the commission added.
