The relevant document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“To appoint Borisenko Georgy Evgenievich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Arab Republic of Egypt,” the decree says.
At the same time, Borisenko was concurrently appointed Russia's plenipotentiary in the League of Arab States in Cairo.
The president also appointed Maxim Beskhmelnitsyn deputy minister of justice.
