Arably, Saudi Arabia has eased restrictions on movement and the curfew hours it imposes on its cities to stop the spread of the deadly virus, with the exception of the holy city of Mecca, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

And the Saudi King, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, ordered that the curfew be partially lifted in all regions of the Kingdom, to be from nine in the morning (06:00 GMT) until five in the evening.

And the complete curfew was kept for 24 hours in Mecca and specific neighborhoods in other cities.

The king also decided to allow some economic and commercial activities to be opened during the grace period, including wholesale and retail trade stores and commercial centers.

Gulf countries and in North Africa recently started easing measures to limit movement with the start of Ramadan last Friday.

Saudi Arabia, which has recorded the largest number of infections in the Arab world, seeks to limit the spread of the virus on its soil.

Jordan imposed a curfew on March 21 and banned travel between cities and allowed the public to shop for certain hours each day, to curb the Corona outbreak. 

As of Monday, Jordan recorded 449 cases of corona. 

Likewise, the Algerian government has taken steps to ease restrictions imposed by the emerging corona virus, and has allowed many stores to resume their activities to reduce economic impacts.
