April 26, 2020 "Currently there are no uniforms dedicated to medical personnel and disposable uniforms are sold out in structure and unavailable on the market". It can be read in the latest internal bulletin signed by the management of the Pio Albergo Trivulzio in Milan and sent to employees this morning.

"The Economato e Provveditorato Area has been verifying for weeks now the possibility of extending the supply currently existing for the remaining health personnel also to medical personnel. This situation of unavailability of material, like the others previously illustrated, is in the current emergency context" .

And again: "It is necessary to emphasize that the Provveditorato works, like the rest of the Company, without ceasing to seek alternative solutions for all the critical issues emerging from time to time. It is reiterated that disposable gowns, in addition to the necessary guarantee, constitute an obligation to use. "

From April 13 "all sections of the company are equipped with complete Dpi", ie masks and other protective devices. Pio Albergo Trivulzio explains it in an internal bulletin sent today to the workers of the structure, which ended up at the center of an investigation by the Milan prosecutor's office for the deaths of over 200 elderly people. Based on "the new Lombardy Region indications for the use of protections for Sars-Cov-2 infection" and a protocol dated March 18, it is believed, writes Trivulzio, that "the exhibition scenario of health workers in a social- residential healthcare is comparable to that of Covid-19 low-intensity care units ". Hence the delivery of masks in all sections, after for weeks Trivulzio himself reported in the bulletins the difficulty of finding protective devices. As "from the note of the Welfare Director of the Lombardy Region of March 29", writes the Trivulzio, "we remind you that the use of complete Dpi" is mandatory "even during the 'health back-office' activities".

From tomorrow, the serological tests will begin "on the health personnel on duty in all three company offices according to methods defined with the supervision of Prof. Pregliasco and which will be communicated". It can be read in the latest internal bulletin signed by the management of the Pio Albergo Trivulzio in Milan and sent to employees this morning. The internal communications also read that the Trivulzio managed "to define a specific agreement with the Polyclinic Laboratory" for the tests. And this would have been done, the institute explains, "contrary to the provisions of the Lombardy Region Welfare Director Luigi Cajazzo, that is" to start these tests on hospital staff, inserting the availability of access to health and medical personnel only later " .
