“Based on the results of the public discussion of the draft of the new Code of Administrative Offenses, it was decided to agree on the need to reduce to the current level the size of administrative fines for the composition of administrative offenses for which it was envisaged to increase them," TASS quoted the Ministry of Justice.
On January 30, the Ministry of Justice published draft Code of Russia on Administrative Offenses and the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The new codes are proposed to enter into force on January 1, 2021.
Earlier, the Supreme Court clarified the issues of punishing violators of self-isolation.
