At 19 o'clock on Friday evening, an alarm came that a group of young people had been beaten at the bus square in Östersund. According to on-call investigative leader Bengt Lövros, these were young people between the ages of 15 and 16 who for some reason struggled. Several reports and counter-notifications of abuse have been prepared. There was a witness who sounded alarm to the police.
Shortly thereafter, at 19:30, a man in his 30s was found on Rådhusgatan with a leg injury. Police suspect the man was beaten. But the man did not want to participate in a police investigation. The injured man was taken to hospital.
At 20 o'clock there was an alarm about abuse in Torvalla. There were two men in their 20s who abused a man in their 40s. One of the younger men is being arrested on suspicion of gross abuse.
A man in his 50s was arrested on Friday night after abusing his partner. This too must have happened in Östersund.
