The corresponding order, addressed to Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is published on the website of the Cabinet.
In particular, departments were instructed to prepare recommendations for citizens on the need to observe precautions aimed at reducing the spread of coronavirus during the May holidays, "including taking into account the need to exclude or reduce the movement of citizens within the country."
Mishustin also instructed the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Economic Development, Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Health to prepare proposals by April 30 for phasing out restrictions on the activities of individual organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
