“Just the other day, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the framework of assisting Serbian firefighters to work safely in the conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection, handed over 3,000 sets of equipment,” TASS quoted the agency’s press service as saying.

It was previously reported that Russian and Serbian military experts disinfected 21 facilities in four cities in Serbia.

On March 26, Serbia asked Russia to help in the fight against COVID-19. Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the creation of an aviation group to deliver assistance to the Serbian side.
