Tan Desai said that the new crown epidemic is an unprecedented global crisis, and it has also received an unprecedented global response. Among them, scientific research and development played a central role. Since January this year, WHO has been working with thousands of researchers around the world to accelerate and track the development of vaccines from the development of animal models to the design of clinical trials. It has also developed diagnostic tools currently in use worldwide, and Clinical trials on the safety and effectiveness of the four treatments are being coordinated globally.
