TESTIMONY
Joséphine is the victim of neighborhood harassment. After complaining about the front door of the slamming building, Joséphine saw twelve of her neighbors gang up on her. According to her, it was one of her neighbors and friends who pitted the rest of the neighbors against her. At the microphone of "La Libre antenne", on Europe 1, Joséphine says she is injured and tells Olivier Delacroix about the harassment that her neighbors make her suffer.

"I am being harassed by neighbors. It is very violent. I am in a residence of eight apartments. It is not a big building. It started from a person for not much, a stupidity. No one has looked at the heads of a lot of people. Now there are twelve of them against me. It was very violent because they tried to intern me. It made me mad and scared me.
" The mess is from a slamming door "The confusion is part of a door slamming in the entrance. I had put an explicit, but polite note, so that the door wouldn't slam. Since there is no noise, it can be heard very much. The windows vibrate, it's horror. Despite this word, it continued. So a few days later, I went to see each neighbor, without shouting and remaining polite, to tell them that this door had to stop slamming. I showed that I was fed up.
It's not anyone's fault; it's the door slamming when it closes. I intended to call the lessor to resolve this problem. I've been hearing this door for three years, since I stopped working. Before I worked in the boarding school of a center for autistic adults, so I had special schedules. When I got home from work, I was so tired that I couldn't hear it. It didn't bother me, so I never asked for anything.
" I was verbally assaulted "After going to the neighbors, I learned that everyone could hear him. So I was amazed that no one ever did anything to get this door fixed. After going to see everyone, the door stopped slamming. But the next day, I was verbally assaulted by the man on the ground floor. I have lived in this residence for twelve years and I was friends with two people, my next door neighbor and the next door neighbor.
I went to do gardening with my next door neighbor who I think is the brain. It started from her, she's the one who set all the others against me. When I was attacked by the neighbor of the ground floor, who in brackets beat his wife, she did not say a word and did not defend me. All night long, I gambergé. We have known each other for twelve years, I had the keys to her house and she had the keys to my house. There was confidence.

Before telling her that I wanted to distance myself, I wanted to collect my keys to feel more secure. She gave me back my keys and I hers, and I said, 'It's over.' She did not understand. I explained to her that I had appreciated that she did not defend me and did not tell the truth. The door bothered her too, but she said nothing. She said it was not an assault, that I had misinterpreted.
I am really shocked and hurt. Shocked because I was verbally abused by this gentleman, when I had never had a problem with him in twelve years. He did not insult me, but used not pretty words. All this for a slamming door. Since I went to see all the neighbors, this door has not slammed. So I arranged everyone, and instead of being thanked, I'm getting garlanded. "
