Recently, the Qujing Detachment of the Armed Police Yunnan General Corps organized a competition of shooting skills. More than 80 special combatants from the special operations squadron of this detachment competed in the same field. Use shooting competition under various conditions such as limited time and specified distance.
In this competition, a total of 4 practical combat shooting training subjects including multi-pose shooting with pistols, rapid shooting with hand rifles, rapid reflex shooting, and two-kilometer armed cross-country shooting were set up. Among them, the fast reflex strike requires the team members to use a rifle to shoot the human head target after rushing 15 meters, then fire 5 bullets within 5 seconds, and then quickly reach the 8 meter shooting ground and use the pistol to fire 5 rounds of ammunition.
Within the prescribed five-second time limit, the Special Forces simply did not have time to accurately aim, relying on muscle memory and the brain's reaction speed, making it difficult to reach the target.
In addition to individual shooting competitions, the detachment also set up group combat subjects such as understanding hostage rescue and special operations search to test the cooperative and comprehensive combat capabilities of special operations team members.
