The Scania, and another man, were arrested in an effort linked to Operation Rimfrost in late January. He had then been arrested in his absence for three days.

Since then, the man has been remanded in custody - prosecution should be filed no later than April 30.

Stating that he worked as a freemason chaplain

In the special personal investigation conducted by the Prison Service, the man states that in recent years he has provided himself as self-employed and as a legitimate pastor in a free-church community.

According to previous journal notes that the Prison and Probation Service refers to where the man was involved in criminal motorcycle gangs between 2000 and 2009. However, he should have no contact with them today.

“In 2009, he experienced a tremendous stress in connection with the break from the MC gang. NN suffered from post-traumatic stress (panic anxiety and depression) after firing, threats to the family and himself ”.

The man, who has a heavy load register, is now suspected of two crimes: preparation for the general devastation in Skåne during 2019 until January 2020 and serious drug crime.

Denies crime: "Is about effects for movie recordings"

Detained man's lawyer Sven-Eric Olsson has previously defended members of criminal gangs such as Bandidos and Hells Angels.

- He is, of course, not part of a motorcycle gang, as you so sloppily call it. And my client firmly denies crime with regard to both criminal offenses, says Sven-Eric Olsson and continues:

- As far as the suspicion of general destruction is concerned, it is about the effects of filming, and I consider it unreasonable for my client to be prosecuted for this.

Sven-Eric Olsson is also critical of his client being detained for so long, and he is also skeptical that there will be a prosecution next week.

"We haven't seen a single paper," he says.

SVT News has sought prosecutor Ulla Karlbrink. She has not previously wanted to comment on the matter.
