LREM deputy for Val d'Oise Aurélien Taché advocates at the microphone of Europe 1 the creation of an aid fund of 200 million euros to help tenants who are struggling to pay their rent. A measure that should also benefit their owner, who are left with one less financial resource.

INTERVIEW

About 2.5 million. This is the number of French households who have difficulty paying their rent or their credit. A figure that is likely to increase with the coronavirus crisis, which sometimes involves declining income. To avoid "the time bomb of this confinement", the LREM deputy of Val d'Oise Aurélien Taché proposes the creation of an aid fund of 200 million euros which must allow "to compensate the owners who do not receive not the rents, but also to support the tenants with a receipt aid.
