So that when the police from the security and proximity group of Jolimont arrived on the scene, around twenty people surrounded him. In his attempt to escape, he had disposed of a bag which contained other postal parcels.
During the search of his home, the police discovered the mail and open parcels of his neighbors. While in police custody, the young man made delusional remarks, to the point that the police called a psychiatrist. Who, given his condition, hospitalized him automatically.
