On Thursday, the County Administrative Board of Kronoberg decided to introduce a fire ban in the entire county, which applies so far. This means, among other things, that grilling in forest and land at other than fixed barbecue places is now banned.
The ban is introduced after rainfall has not increased the risk of forest fires. The ban does not prevent barbecues in, for example, ordinary garden barbecues on their own site.
