Foreigners will be able to work in Moscow without a patent until June 15

This is stated in the message published on the website of the head office.

“Foreign citizens who are in the territory of the Russian Federation and do not have a work permit or patent, regardless of the purpose of entry from March 15, 2020 to June 15, 2020, can carry out labor activities without obtaining work permits or patents,” - declared in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is noted that employers and customers can hire foreigners if they have permission to use foreign workers. 

In this case, a prerequisite is compliance by the employer with the requirements of the law, including established restrictions and measures aimed at ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. 

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that quarantine measures due to the spread of the coronavirus should be "administered further."
