It is understood that according to the risk delineation standards in the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the New Coronavirus Infection Pneumonia Epidemic Situation "Guidance Opinions on Scientific and Preventive Accurate Policy Zoning and Grading of New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control", organized by the Hubei CDC Experts assessed that as of 01:00 on April 21, there are 76 low-risk cities and counties in Hubei Province, and no medium- or high-risk cities and counties. Among them, 13 urban areas in Wuhan are all low-risk areas, without medium and high-risk areas.
