“Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree that will simplify and speed up duty-free importation of medical supplies into the country to fight coronavirus,” the decree's explanatory note says.

We are talking about tests on COVID-19, ventilators, masks and protective suits.

The document notes that from March 16 to September 30, such products can be imported without paying customs duties, provided that it is intended for free transfer to medical institutions.

Earlier it became known that Russia has entered into a contract with the United States for the supply of parts for ventilators.
