It was about half past seven last night when an unknown man arrived at a playground in Karlskoga. He then grabbed a child who was playing and started to leave the place.
However, the mother of the child could intervene and tear the child back, after which the man disappeared from the area.
"The mother was obviously upset after the incident," says Peter Persson, on-duty officer of the police in Örebro.
No one has been arrested after the incident and the police are now calling for tips from the public that could be of use in the investigation.
