This effectively controlled the outbreak of overseas epidemics to the capital Beijing. The continuous input has improved the safety and health guarantee capabilities of international flight passengers and the efficiency of entry clearance.

He said that since the implementation of the measure, there were 89 international flight plans at the Capital Airport via the first entry point in April, with an average of 2 to 3 flights per day, which is a significant reduction of 80% compared to before the policy was implemented. The number of inbound flights per day at each entry point does not exceed one, and the guarantee pressure at the first entry point is greatly relieved. According to the current adjustment measures for international passenger flights, there will also be 89 international flight plans for capital airport entry in May, with an average of 3 flights per day, and each entry point will still not exceed 1 flight per day. "The current security capabilities of the airport at the first point of entry can meet current needs."

For Chinese crew members who have been sailing for less than 14 days at sea, they must conduct quarantine observation in accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control of the port location after entry, and make up the 14-day deadline.
"For cars and trains that are transported across borders, focus on the prevention and control of epidemics in transportation, inspection of passengers and passengers, and loading of cargo.
