general election is over and it is time to focus on ending Corona19 and overcoming the economic crisis. At the National Assembly today (20th), the Prime Minister's corrective speech for the emergency plans, including emergency disaster relief funds, is announced. A high-level party council meeting was held last night, but it was not possible to come to a conclusion about the disaster relief fund, and it is likely that it will be caught in the discussion process until it is given to whom.

Prime Minister Jung Se-gyun is giving a speech to the National Assembly this afternoon.

Corona 19 will explain the supplementary plan of KRW 6.7 trillion related to emergency disaster relief funds and request cooperation from the National Assembly.

The government prepared 7 trillion and 6 trillion won in supplementary budgets, and 2,110 trillion won in local expenses. The plan is to pay the emergency funds.

On the other hand, the Democratic Party insists that all the people support 1 trillion won, based on a family of four, and 13 trillion won, more than the government's proposal.

It is planned to issue 3,300 billion won more than the government's plan to issue government bonds.

The Democratic Party, the government, and the Blue House held a meeting on the scope of emergency disaster payments until late last night, but were reportedly unable to find a point of contact.

The final conclusion on the size and timing of the emergency funding will be decided in the course of the National Assembly discussion.

After hearing the Prime Minister's speech today, negotiations will begin only in earnest at the National Assembly.

Previously, former UNDP leader Hwang Kyo-an insisted on giving the entire nation 500,000 won per person in the general election phase.

The scope of the payment is the same as that of the Democratic Party, but immediately after the general election, Hwang Jeon resigned, and it seems likely that the United Nations should oppose the deficit issuance.
