“The investigating authorities of the Far Eastern SUT of the IC of Russia have opened a criminal case on the fact of the plane crash on the grounds of a crime under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Violation of safety rules for the operation of air transport), ”the press release said.
The incident occurred near the village of Lesnoye, Khabarovsk Territory.
As possible versions of the crash are considered piloting error and technical malfunctions of the aircraft.
At the crash site of L-4, an investigation team works.
Earlier it became known that 30 km from Khabarovsk, while performing a training flight, a light-engine plane crashed, as a result of which, according to preliminary data, three people were killed.
