NASA has announced that it will launch a manned spacecraft under development by a private venture company next month for the first time with passengers on board. It is the first time in nine years since the space shuttle retired that a manned spacecraft will be launched in the United States.

NASA announced on the 17th that it will carry out the first flight test with an astronaut on the 27th of next month for the manned spacecraft "Crew Dragon" being developed by the space development venture company "Space X".

The spacecraft was loaded with two astronauts and was launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida with the Falcon 9 rocket of "Space X". In space, it was docked at the ISS = International Space Station and then returned to Earth. Is planning to land on the Atlantic Ocean.

Since the US retired from the Space Shuttle in 2011, it has been the first time in nine years for a manned spacecraft to be launched in the United States, relying on Russian "Soyuz" to transport astronauts to the ISS.

If the manned flight test is successful, Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi will be on board for the next flight.

Regarding manned spacecraft in the United States, not only SpaceX but also Boeing, a major aircraft company, is developing, and we plan to conduct a second unmanned flight test within the year.
