The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights expressed concern about the continuation of hostilities in Libya, and called on all parties to the conflict to cease fire and commit to a humanitarian truce.

She noted that the number of civilian victims of violence in Libya has increased by 45% since the beginning of this year.
