  Affected by the new Coronary Pneumonia epidemic, Nepal is currently in a "national blockade" period, and people's daily economic activities have basically stalled. Pokhara is a famous tourist city in Nepal, but as international tourists have successively left Nepal, the tourism economy of Pokhara has been hindered.

  The Pokhara Chinese Overseas Chinese Association in Nepal is always concerned about the development of the epidemic in Nepal. In order to enhance the friendship between the two sides, the association mobilized overseas Chinese to donate to the police and the unemployed poor people who lacked protective measures in the frontline of the Pokhara epidemic in Nepal. A total of 40 protective clothing and 2500 medical masks were raised. , 80 bags of rice flour and other supplies.

  On April 16, the association held an anti-epidemic materials donation ceremony at the Pokhara City Government and the City Police Department. After that, according to the list provided by the municipal police station, the association arranged vehicles to deliver the purchased rice and flour from door to door to the poor people. It is understood that these people include pregnant women who have been pregnant for several months, patients with disabilities and people who are unemployed because of the blockade. This charitable act fully embodies the high sense of social responsibility of the Chinese Overseas Chinese Association in Pokhara, Nepal, and overcomes the difficulties with the local people through practical actions.

  At the donation ceremony, Zhan Jiangsong, chairman of the Pokhara Overseas Chinese Association of Nepal, expressed his deep concern and condolences to the anti-epidemic personnel who fought hard on the front line.
