As follows from the document, the security service will daily protect employees and mission assets.

“24-hour security and patrolling to ensure the physical protection of the personnel, supplies, equipment and office facilities of the EU Advisory Mission in Ukraine,” the contract says.

Currently, the European mission includes three sites in Kiev and four local branches in the rest of Ukraine, the document emphasizes. 

The duties of the security service will include inspection of vehicles and visitors, as well as internal and external patrols, video surveillance and incident reporting.

In addition, within the framework of the contract, task forces will be created that can respond to any incident in the mission's offices or in the private homes of its representatives. 

“In order to ensure security, the contract also provides for the creation of mobile operational response teams to patrol entrusted areas and respond to any incidents in mission offices, in the living quarters of international mission members, or elsewhere in relevant areas in the event of an alarm, alert, etc. n.
