According to him, there are also regions where medical care for patients with coronavirus was not fully developed or they are slowly moving towards the goal.
On April 13, during a meeting with the president, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the regions were three to four weeks behind Moscow and the Moscow Region in the incidence of coronavirus.
Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that if measures to combat the coronavirus are not taken on time, he will see this as criminal negligence.
As the head of state noted, the regions “still have a reserve of time, but this reserve can quickly melt away”, it cannot be spent thoughtlessly.
