"We make pancakes in front of them"

"Today, we are launching the eleventh episode of our action. We deliver on average between 200 and 300 pancakes per collaborative and united action with hospitals. We will reach a little more than 3,000 pancakes served since we started" , he explains.

Régis Flagel had to set up a special organization to serve his pancakes. "We set up the foodtruck and the caregivers leave their service to come to us. We make the pancakes in front of them. We don't make them in the restaurant. We stay on site," he said.

By delivering his pancakes to caregivers, Régis Flagel above all wanted to make himself useful. "Humanly, it is certainly the most important thing that I did in my small professional career.
