China News Service, April 12 (Xinhua) According to the WeChat public account of the Jiangsu Provincial Health and Welfare Committee, on April 11 at 0-24, 1 new imported case was confirmed in Jiangsu Province. Two new cases were discharged. As of 24:00 on April 11th, a total of 22 confirmed cases imported from abroad, 7 discharged cases, and 15 isolated cases are still in hospital.
The confirmed case is of Chinese Jiangsu origin. On March 26, he flew to Shanghai Pudong International Airport from London, England. Upon arrival, he was transferred to Nantong City for centralized isolation and medical observation. The result of the nucleic acid test was positive. Comprehensive epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, laboratory test results and imaging test results were diagnosed as confirmed cases.
There were no newly confirmed local cases on that day. As of 24:00 on April 11th, a total of 631 locally confirmed cases were reported, and all have been discharged.
On the same day, 2 cases of imported asymptomatic infected persons were imported from abroad, 4 cases were released from centralized isolation and medical management, and 12 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were still concentrated and medically managed in designated hospitals.
At present, 13,536 close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections have been tracked, 13238 have been released from medical observation, and 298 are still undergoing medical observation.
