After 15 days of closure, this Bordeaux chocolate maker has decided to reopen its website to ensure deliveries of eggs, rabbits and other cocoa-based hens.

Success beyond production

"We become a chocolatier-courier," he slips into a laugh. And the success is there: "We were forced to close the website because we knew we could not manage them all. I did not want to take orders and not deliver them." Especially since, barrier measures require, Thierry Lalet had to organize himself differently with his teams. "Usually there are seven of us in the manufacturing, there we turn to three. Each one has a well-defined position and we avoid crossovers." he details.

"I believe that all the chocolate makers who opened and played the game at Easter are all pretty much in the same situation," he added.
