This does not mean that such a scenario is inevitable. Still, the measures that have been taken are preliminary, they are already yielding results, ”Ryazansky emphasized.

He noted that Moscow is a big city, and also remains, in a sense, a transit city in connection with the movement of a large number of goods and vehicles.

“In this regard, the city should be in a tougher response regimes to the spread of coronavirus. There is no tragedy in this. Each of us must understand that these steps are aimed at avoiding serious consequences, ”the senator concluded.
