On the evening of April 9th, the Provincial Government Information Office organized a press conference on the control of epidemic outbreaks in Suifenhe Port in Suifenhe City, inviting Mudanjiang Mayor Wang Wenli, Deputy Director of the Provincial Health and Health Committee Ge Hong, Harbin Binguan Customs Deputy Director Wang Jinxi, and the Provincial Committee Yu Kaijiang, leader of the medical treatment team of the Suifenhe City Epidemic Prevention and Control Working Group, introduced the latest developments of the epidemic situation and answered questions from reporters.
Yu Kaijiang introduced the medical resources of Suifenhe and the current treatment:
Facing the concentrated influx of a large number of imported cases abroad, it is certainly impossible to complete the treatment task simply by relying on the existing medical resources of Suifenhe. To this end, we must use the power of the whole province to coordinate the medical resources at the three levels of province, city and county to jointly deal with the rescue work of the outbreaks imported from abroad.
Since March 31, 71 provincial-level management, disease control, and clinical experts have been sent to Suifenhe and Mudanjiang to directly participate in the treatment. Mudanjiang has sent 151 medical personnel to support Suifenhe. In addition, we have already reserved 1,000 medical support forces in medical institutions directly under the provinces and municipalities other than Mudanjiang, focusing on respiratory, intensive care and infection majors. As a team, the interior is divided into four units according to 25 people. According to the clinical needs, the system is divided into steps to complete the rescue work at any time.
At present, 68 confirmed cases are admitted to Suifenhe City People's Hospital, and 103 cases are asymptomatic infected; 49 cases of light and ordinary confirmed cases are admitted to Kang'an Hospital of Mudanjiang City, and 34 cases are asymptomatic infected; and heavy cases are admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College 2 4 cases of severe cases. Since most of the imported cases at Suifenhe Port have already experienced fever and coughing in Russia, they have returned after a long haul, and this is the case for 6 severe cases. The longest case is only 12 days after the onset of treatment. The disease is also the most critical case at present.
In accordance with the principle of "Four Concentrations", that is, concentrating patients, experts, resources, and treatment, we strictly implement the requirements of classified diagnosis and treatment. All confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections imported through Suifenhe Port are admitted to the hospital. Do the best. Next, the Suifenhe City People's Hospital and the upcoming cabin hospital will only accept asymptomatic patients in principle. The cabin hospital is under the guidance of provincial and Mudanjiang city experts, and the Mudanjiang City and Suifenhe Municipal Governments are responsible for the renovation. Since the start on the 6th, it took only 3 days to complete the fire monitoring, weak electricity, water supply and drainage, and septic tank disinfection and purification projects. After all the equipment is in place, the shelter hospital can start the patient treatment. Mudanjiang Kang'an Hospital only treats light and ordinary patients. Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College, as a provincial regional intensive care center, is only responsible for the treatment of severe and critically ill patients. The first hospital of Harbin Medical University dispatches experts, materials, and equipment to fully support critical care , I am the team leader to conduct daily consultations on severe cases.
