- They want to save lives, but it's not always possible. These are difficult ethical situations where staff are forced to make decisions and prioritize, says Dara Rasoal, who researches ethics in health care and teaches at Mälardalen University.

He believes that systematic work is needed in ethical reflection groups, with the support of educated. Something that may be difficult at the moment for the hospitals to arrange but is worthwhile in the long run.
