As of 4 pm, the turnout was 9.74%, with over 4.28 million votes.

This is the highest voter turnout since the pre-voting system was introduced in the 2014 national election.

Among wide-area attempts, Jeollanam-do has the highest voter turnout at 15.23% and Daegu at 8.13%.

Between today and tomorrow for two days from 6 am to 6 pm, voters can vote at any of the 3,500 pre-voting stations nationwide with an identification card.

However, to prevent the spread of corona19, you need to wear a mask, check for fever, disinfect your hands, then wear plastic gloves provided for voting.

The NCC requires voting in a separate temporary ticket office if you have respiratory symptoms or have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.

Also, for voters who have been confirmed and quarantined at a living treatment center, special pre-voting stations in the center have been established in eight locations across the country.
