“At the direction of the Mayor of Moscow, all work currently being carried out by both the services of the City Complex and the contractors has been suspended until further notice,” TASS quoted Biryukova.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the introduction of access control in Moscow next week.

He explained that such a regime would be introduced in stages: at the first - for trips to work, at the second - for trips for other purposes, "at the third stage - if necessary - movement within the district."

Sobyanin also said that almost all enterprises and organizations of the capital will not work from April 13 to 19.
