President Moon Jae-in held a vote at the Samcheong-dong Community Service Center near the Blue House at 9:00 am on the 10th, the first day of the 21st general election.
The Blue House explained that the pre-voting was aimed at encouraging the participation of the people to increase the turnout.
Mrs. Kim Jeong-suk also voted in advance, accompanied by Presidential Officer Roh Young-min and secretary-general of the Blue House.
