The trio had armed themselves with a carbon dioxide gun, with the help of which they forced the victim into a separate parking lot. There, the driving teen forced the victim to his knees and aimed a gun at his forehead, forced his jacket and asked for money and credit cards.
A riot occurred when the victim wanted the jacket back and the gun-armed teen fired several shots that hit the victim, including his back and arm. The victim also got several punches with the gun in the back of the head.
After the incident, the trio ran from the scene and fled by bus away from the center, but returned to the center after a while where they could be arrested.
Although one of the three teenagers was more driven and was the one holding the weapon, the district court judges that the other two acted in consensus in a way that makes them fellow citizens.
The trio is convicted of robbery and the penalty is youth care and youth service between 130-150 hours, if imprisonment were sentenced, the calculated penalty is between 5-7 months after the so-called youth discount. The perpetrators must also pay more than SEK 35,000 in damages to the victim.
