No fire ban has been issued yet, but if the rainfall fails in the coming days, the surface of the soil will become so dry that a fire ban is issued, a social media message says.

The call reads:
The situation is already problematic and there is a great risk that fires will spread in the dry surface layers of the soil. The rescue services therefore urge residents in the county not to fire at Easter at all. If you have to cook on your own site, be very careful. Because it is extremely fast fire process right now. If you still fire or grill, remember to have something to put out.

Over the past week, the county's rescue forces have spread to several ground fires throughout the county. In case of fire spread, the person responsible is always at risk of being subjected to a Police investigation which can lead to fines or imprisonment.
