President Kim Jong-in, president of the Future Unification Party, proposed a plan to pay one million won of “special disaster scholarship” to all college students and graduate students.

Chairman Kim held an emergency press conference at the National Assembly today (9th) and said, "It is a pity for college students to work hard and part-time to pay tuition fees when the income of self-employed business owners, small business owners, and freelancers is rapidly falling."

"In order to relieve their pain, the government immediately wants to pay one million won per person as a special disaster scholarship to all college students and graduate students," he said.

He urged, "Don't hesitate to act on the emergency fiscal order again. I hope it will be implemented right away and relieve some of their wrestling."

Regarding the financial resources, Kim said, "If you use it from the Ministry of Education budget, you can do enough."

The United Party has estimated that there will be 2 million to 3 trillion won in budget, with over 2 million college students and graduate students nationwide.

Chairman Kim continued to support Eunpyeong, Seoul, and emphasized, "People say that this is a more difficult economic situation than the IMF bailout." "The only person who said that he would dig up the person's corruption and be strict is the prosecutor's office, Yoon Seok-yeol," he said.

"In recent times, even in this severe situation, political slogans to resurrect the person have begun to appear," said Kim. "In this economic situation, should we save our homeland or save the economy?"
