The United States recorded on Wednesday, for the second day in a row, nearly two thousand people died from the new Corona virus within 24 hours, in the highest daily toll recorded by a country in the world since the outbreak of the epidemic, according to data published by Johns Hopkins University.

The university data, which is a reference in tracking new infections and deaths caused by the Corona virus, showed that in the United States in the last 24 hours, the epidemic claimed the lives of 1973 with the virus (compared to 1939 the previous day), bringing the total number of deaths caused by Covid-19 in This country has 14,695 deaths.
