The 60th birthday, in times of Coronavirus, will probably also change the management of spaces. "The Presidential Council of Confindustria Nautica and the board of boat shows, after discussion and sharing with the regional and city authorities of Genoa, have deliberated, in consideration of the current situation, a plan for the extraordinary management of the edition 2020 of the Genoa Boat Show ".

"The plan envisages the design of a flexible lay-out, adaptable to different post-emergency scenarios" explains a note. The study developed, in addition to the shifting of dates and the possible extension from 6 to 9 days, also envisages a series of interventions "to optimize participation flows with absolute respect for safety".

There will be wider circulation spaces and multiple entrances to allow for spacing. "These and other initiatives that can be adopted - continues the note - will offer the best conditions for organization, management and reception for the public and exhibitors".
