He ended up in police custody. A 30-year-old man was arrested Wednesday evening at 11 p.m. in the Langlade sector, south of Toulouse. Controlled at the wheel of a car, he did not have an exemption certificate of displacement, necessary during confinement. But the 30-year-old also drove without a driver's license, which was not a first for him.

Earlier the same day, at 11 a.m., two men aged 30 and 25 who had been checked without certificate in the Bagatelle district. Verbalized more than three times for the same reason, they were placed in police custody, pending their referral to the Toulouse prosecutor's office for immediate appearance.
