Al-Naimi has adopted a number of incentives in the program to ensure the provision of services to citizens, such as ensuring the speedy delivery of 31 services online around the clock, and accepting the opening of housing project implementation files electronically with the requirement to attach the housing support decision only without any additional documents, and the approval of the exception of renewing documents during this period for providers Requests, in addition to approving the application of the primary remote receipt system, as it became possible to receive housing initially from contractors and follow-up commitment to all requirements for the implementation of the project through remote monitoring and approval of receipt.
