This year's season of the popular children's program Summer Vacation will be recorded without an audience.
- We are obviously sorry that we are not able to meet the children in the place but now the situation is as it is, says project manager Anna-Maria Nildén.
However, in the usual order, SVT will broadcast the program both on TV and online every day from Beijer's park. In addition to the lack of audience, viewers will be able to recognize the layout, program managers and characters, according to the production team.
- Although this is a change, most things are the same and it can be quite nice in a troubled time - then Summer Vacation is still a safe point, says Markus Granseth, one of the program managers in Summer Law.
The decision to record the program without an audience may change if restrictions and recommendations change during the ongoing pandemic.
