In Japan, yesterday (8th), the number of new corona19 confirmed patients per day was 514, which exceeded the first 500.

Recently, the number of confirmed patients rose to 200 ~ 300, and then surged.

The cumulative confirmatory increased to 5,678 people.

In Tokyo, 144 new confirmers occur, the highest number per day.

Of these, more than 60% of the 95 were not identified.

On the first day of the emergency entry into force, declared by Prime Minister Abe for seven local governments, the largest number of confirmed persons occurred.

While the emergency was issued, the local governments were given the legal authority to implement the emergency measures, but Tokyo has not been able to announce the type of business that will be closed during the emergency.

The issues are barber shops and home goods stores.

In the case of barber shops, close contact is made in a narrow space, and it is the position of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government that it is closed due to the large number of unidentified people gathering in residential spaces, but the central government of Japan opposes that it is a business necessary for maintaining daily life.

In addition, the five local governments, except Tokyo and Osaka, do not request closures from private facilities.
